Once payment has been confirmed you will be returned to the Ann's Cottage website which will confirm that your order has gone through and will be processed. Online purchase of gift cards
If purchasing a gift card online you must provide a valid email address so we may mail you the 4 digit pin required for online redemption. We suggest that you add email@example.com to your address book to ensure delivery.
Gift cards will be delivered by Royal Mail 'Recorded delivery' and as such will require a signature.
If you have not received your gift card within three days of purchase please contact us on 01208 869924 immediately.
We will not issue pin numbers to third party recipients, we will only issue (re- issue) pin numbers to the original customer or the billing address customer.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Under no circumstances will a gift card be transferred to either cash or a credit/debit card refund.
Gift cards are not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.
No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases.
We will not be held liable for loss or stolen gift cards – protect your gift card as you would cash.
