Delivery Notes
• If you have ordered before 12pm we aim to get all orders dispatched the same day.
• Parcels are delivered between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
• Remember that all our delivery times quoted are working days so allow for weekends and bank holidays.
• Please note, the deadline for us to guarantee next working day delivery is midday.
• All orders placed after midday Friday will be sent the following Monday.
• Please put delivery instructions in the comment box. i.e leave in porch, with neighbour. Please note City Link drivers are not allowed to leave parcels in alternative places if you put a note on the door, you will need to call us if you wish to add delivery instructions.
Delivery Rates
Our £3.95 service for under £20:
Your parcel will leave us via a Royal Mail Second Class service, which takes from 3-7 working days.
With a Royal Mail postal service no signature is required, so if your parcel is small enough it can go through your letter box, or put a note to your postman to leave in a safe place, otherwise it will go to your local depot and a card will be left. Please note that we have no control over Royal Mail deliveries and they cannot be tracked.
Our £2.95 service for orders between £20 - £50:
These will leave us by a City Link Courier Service, which is a 1-3 day working day service. These will require a signature, so once your parcel has left us it is your priority to insure someone is there to sign for it.
Alternatively you can leave a note in our comments box for your City Link delivery driver for them to leave in a safe place. Please note City Link drivers are not allowed to leave parcels in alternative places if you put a note on the door, you will need to call us if you wish to add delivery instructions.
You will be given a Consignment Number via email so you can track the status of your order.
Our Free over £50.00 delivery:
These will leave us by a City Link Courier Service, which is a 1-3 day working day service. These will require a signature, so once your parcel has left us it is your priority to insure someone is there to sign for it.

These will leave us by a City Link Next Day Service, the deadline for us to guarantee next working day delivery is 12pm.

These leave us via Royal Mail International Signed For ™ service. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery. As with our above services these will require a signature.
