If after you have purchased and received your items, they do not fit or they are not suitable for any reason you can send them back to us. They must be in the same condition as received, with tags intact and unworn. We can then refund the purchase price or exchange it for another size.
Returns
Send your return back to us via the form below, filling in all the details. Once we have received your return the money will be back in your account within 3-10 working days. We will send you email confirmation when we have processed your return.
Exchanges
Send your return back to us via the form below confirming the size you would like to swap it for. We only do straight swaps.
Please note that you will need to pay postage for the item to be sent out to you – we will call you once we receive the returned items to make this payment. Please ensure all your contact details are on the returns form.
Postage is as follows: Under £20 = £3.95. Between £20 - £50 = £2.95 Over £50 = FREE!
We will send you email confirmation when we have processed your exchange.
Notes on Returns:
1. If you bought the product from the website is does have to be posted back to us here, unfortunately it cannot be taken back to one of our stores.
2. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of invoice date.
3. If you are returning an item because it doesn't fit or you don't like it when it arrives then you have to pay the postage back to us.
4. If an item arrives to you and is damaged, or not as described on the website then we will pick up the tab for the postage.
5. Once we have received your return the money will be back in your account within 3-10 working days.
6. Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. Please get proof of posting and we recommend returning expensive items by an insured method such as recorded delivery.
Returns purchased with Gift Cards
Any monies owed from the return of products purchased on gift cards will be reimbursed to the original gift card. Where multiple gift cards were used for payment we reserve the right to reimburse the total to a single gift card of our choice.
If the gift card used for original purchase has expired we will issue a new gift card for the value of the refund.
Where part payment on gift card and part payment on credit debit card has been used for payment we reserve the right to refund the payment in a similar fashion.
Under no circumstances will gift card refunds be transferred to either cash or a credit/debit card refund.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced by Ann’s Cottage.
Gift Cards lost prior to delivery receipt will only be replaced if :
a) The recipient has contacted Ann’s Cottage no later than three working days after initial order has been placed informing us of delivery failure.
b) The item has not received a valid signature.
